Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. We only wish all of our Vendors that we deal with on a daily basis were as wonderful as she is. Her personality is bar none.
